Mixed Use: SF Civil is working on a project at 1088 Howard, San Francisco, CA. Twenty four residential units and ground floor retail are proposed at the site. The proposed project would preserve the existing one story over mezzanine industrial building and construct an approximately 20,402-gross-square-foot (gsf), 74-foot-tall residential addition. The rendering for this project was done by Schaub Ly Architects Inc.
Commercial: This project is located at 578 Cleveland in Albany, Ca. The existing 62,400 square foot site is being redeveloped. The interior of the existing industrial building is being renovated into a commercial kitchen. SF Civil is designing the site to be compliant with local and state stormwater standards.

Residential: SF Civil is working on a project on Almond Road in Castro Valley. The project involves adding two residential structures behind the existing house. SF Civil's role on the project is to design grading plans, stormwater plans, and utility plans. Rendering was done by Architect | SF.
